How We Ship
All our products are made on-demand by our printing partner in the United States.
This means each item is freshly printed just for you, which helps us reduce waste
and maintain quality. It also means your order ships from within the US, not from
overseas.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a **Shipping Confirmation email** with:
- Carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
> **Note:** If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate
> shipping confirmations with different tracking numbers. This is normal —
> items may ship from different production facilities.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
Velumn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, please:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. Email us at contact@velumn.store and we'll help however we can
Delayed Shipments
While most orders arrive within the estimated window, delays can happen due to
carrier volume, weather, or holiday seasons. If your order hasn't arrived after
15 business days past the estimated delivery window, email us and we'll look into it.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Shipping
- All prices are in USD
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- Delivery times to international destinations may vary due to customs processing
